上個月就想去吃了,但每次下午打電話都沒人接QQ
                                                                               
後來在某次終於打通的電話裡,老闆才說星期一到四晚上不營業
                                                                               
難怪每次打去都沒人接=.=+
                                                                               
所以預定了五號發薪水當天大家一起去吃jovial啦
                                                                               
沒有菜單的餐廳是怎麼特別?精心製作的餐點是如何精緻?
                                                                               
聞名許久的餐廳,終於有機會一探究竟啦 XD
                                                                               
                                                                               
我們訂的位子是七點,到的時候已經有兩桌客人在等候用餐了,
                                                                               
還有另外幾張併桌的桌子,應該是有一大群人要來吧?
                                                                               
這裡的空間和桌子的數量比我想像中來得小
                                                                               
壁上掛著油畫,雖然不是很豪華、精致的裝飾,但感覺也還不錯


                                                                               
老闆應該是刻意等大家都到齊了才上菜吧

等到那一群青春抵迪美眉到,才開始上麵包
                                                                               
麵包有兩種口味,芋頭和…忘了什麼(對不起,已經畢竟隔幾天了,老人的記憶不可靠)
                                                                               
還附上了起士當抹醬


                                                                                


老闆說麵包原料的牛奶是從合作的牧場運來的
                                                                               
不像日式麵包那麼甜,因為糖份太多的食物對人體不大好
                                                                               
並且建議我們先嚐嚐原味,想加奶油再塗抹就好
                                                                               
麵包好好吃哦…很有嚼勁,但不會過硬,吃起來也軟呼呼的~~
                                                                               
抹醬也好讚,蜂蜜和奶油很輕爽不膩,有種自然的甜味和奶香


                                                                               
後來經老闆說明才知道,原來這種吃起來像慕思的起士,就是提拉米酥常用的奶油耶
                                                                               
很快地我們就把麵包解決了
                                                                               
接著上來的第二道菜當然是莎拉啦

除了季節水果以外,還放了一顆大大的北海道干貝
                                                                               
海鮮的甜味和水果的確是蠻配的
                                                                               
大大顆的干貝咬起來好過癮耶
                                                                               
又鮮又甜,很好吃,很開胃、吃完讓人有意猶未盡的感覺XD



接下來出的幾道菜與大家分享的菜色都一樣,應該算是固定菜色了?
                                                                               
烤過的海苔上放著新鮮海膽,包裏著海洋滋味的一道菜
                                                                               
一口吃下去,嚼得出甜味和海鮮的美味,還蠻有創意的
                                                                               
可惜我妹不敢吃海膽,咬沒幾口又全吐出來了,真浪費了一道好菜阿




接下來這道是我期待很久的重組蟹肉 :)
                                                                               
把四隻螃蟹的肉取下塞入蟹殼中
                                                                               
可以一下吃到滿滿的蟹肉又不用啃咬弄得一手腥味
                                                                               
挑嘴的老妹一直讚賞有加,直問能不能單點  ^^"
                                                                               
想出這道菜的老闆實在是太貼心了
                                                                               
讓大家可以優雅從容地吃螃蟹,蟹肉很新鮮好吃哦

上頭還覆上一層薄薄的起司,是一道很特別的餐點 



今天的湯是百菇湯(?)
                                                                               
由各種菇類所熬煮成的,香菇、金珍菇、磨菇、杏鮑菇……
                                                                               
我很喜歡香菇,所以也覺得湯很好喝、很清甜




今晚的主菜有豬、雞、魚
                                                                               
因為我們只有四個人,所以只吃到兩道
                                                                               
分別是山椒雞腿和魚,其實豬排看起來也好好吃哦QQ
                                                                               
我比較想吃豬排,可是老闆沒問我們要什麼就上主菜了
                                                                               
山椒雞腿用的雞肉是放山雞,從大熊的故鄉-員林山上抓來的
                                                                               
因為平常一直跑來跑去,所以很健壯,吃起來不會像肉雞那樣肉鬆垮垮的
                                                                               
還算好吃,調理得刀叉一碰就骨肉分離,雖然用刀叉也不會很難吃啦



魚肉用的則是青衣,肉質細緻,份量很多、吃起來很過癮,還淋上了我愛的青醬耶,很香?
                                                                               
配菜都是很好吃的地瓜、還有青花菜和兩根被討厭的山葵0.0
                                                                               
我妹根本不肯碰山葵,害我要一個人把山葵通通吃掉
                                                                               
吃完主餐真的是飽到好撐好撐…因為我妹食量比較小,硬是把魚留了大半給我




今晚的甜點是乳酪蛋糕
                                                                               
大家都說好好吃,還有人說想單點外帶
                                                                               
可是我覺得還好耶…有點太甜了 otz
                                                                               
不難吃,但還不到好好吃的地步@@



飲料一樣是花茶,共有四種讓大家選擇
                                                                               
老闆會先介紹花茶的種類和效用
                                                                               
以玻璃試管裝著花茶請大家試聞後選擇
                                                                               
因為一向不愛複方茶,所以我選了伊豆紅葉茶
                                                                               
甜甜香香的很好喝,沒有複雜的味道,只有很單純的香味和甜味

吃完飯後,大家坐著聊了一會,然後跑到樓上參觀油畫
                                                                               
樓上的油畫教室那時正在上課
                                                                               
我們這群不速之客站在外面看了一會,又偷偷溜下來了
                                                                               
我對畫作實在沒啥賞析的天份和能力阿
                                                                               
只覺得大家都好厲害、好棒哦!醬子
                                                                               
結帳前和老闆聊了一會兒
                                                                               
發現老闆真是交遊廣闊,從我們服務處長到大熊的客戶都認識
                                                                               
除此之外在苗栗老闆也開了一家餐廳,平常也會在那裡哦
                                                                               
這裡的晚餐好像一律是五百元吧,大熊買了一個麵包八十元外帶回家孝敬她娘

總之這是家很不錯的餐廳
                                                                               
其實我最近很窮耶,所以五百元對我來說還蠻貴的
                                                                               
可是這一餐吃下來還是覺得蠻值得
                                                                               
有機會可以帶我娘來嘗嘗看,推介給大家 :)
